From Inclusion to Belonging Creating Space for Marginalized Students

This training explores how SSA chapters can intentionally create a welcoming culture for a wide range of students, including students who may feel isolated or underrepresented on campus. It will introduce flexible ways to listen, build trust, reduce barriers to participation, and thoughtfully support affinity based space when students request it, while keeping the chapter connected and healthy overall.
