Contact: Don Sutterfield xdoradox(at)gmail(dot)com

Columbus, Ohio - Does God exist? How can we know? What are the best arguments for belief and unbelief?

Thursday Nov. 16th at 7:30pm in the Ohio Union conference theater, Students for Freethought at the Ohio State University (www.sffosu.org) will host a debate to help answer these questions.

Dan Barker, a former evangelical minister, now co-president of the Freedom From Religion Foundation (ffrf.org) and author of "Losing Faith in Faith: from preacher to atheist", will debate Dr. David Fisher, professor of Philosophy, Ethics, and Comparative Religion at Columbus State Community College (who is also a Catholic Priest) on the existence of God.

The debate will be open to the public. There will be Q&A at the end of the program.
