Secular High School Student Resources
The Secular Student Alliance provides many resources and services to high school students and affiliate groups. This page will help connect you to anything you might be looking for as a high school student. Of course, you can always email us with any questions or concerns that you might have; we’d be happy to help out!
As a secular student in a high school, it can be a challenging experience to make a go on your own. Don't worry though! We are here to help connect you with like-minded students both in your own local school and community, as well as across the nation.
If you would like to be more involved with the secular movement, or if you already are and are looking for more support, there are several options you might take advantage of. Some high school secular activists are particularly excited about creating a secular community within their school, so they seek to start SSA affiliate groups. Others, however, are content to be openly secular as individual students and activists. There are many different forms of activism that you might choose to participate in.
SSA Student Membership
You can be a member of the Secular Student Alliance for free! All you have to do is sign up to receive the benefits that come along with that.
Individual Student Activist Resources
We know that not every secular student has the intent, opportunity, or time to devote to participating in and/or starting a secular student group at their high school. We have put together this page of resources to better support individual secular student activists, who might otherwise feel like that they have little opportunity to participate in the secular movement.
